I really should pin a post about how I ruthlessly block anyone I get a weird vibe from. Like, Elon Musk and Keanu Reeves have both made like 3 different accounts so they can follow me because I keep blocking them.

I'm a nobody don't follow me me unless there's a good reason to.

Day 12. Travel.

On Friday my teacher suggested going to Disney in California... I declined. The US is not a place I would like to travel to at the moment. Disney in Paris, that's another story. Not for Disney, but you know, Paris... I have it in good authority they've got yarn there 😉

It's just that the procedures have gone so far that they're caricatures by now. And they look unnatural and freakish.

Of course this comes from someone who doesn't even put makeup on, but still.

Looking at actresses 10, or only 5, years ago and now the change is dramatic! For the worse.

Look at pictures of Kim Yoo Ri and you'll see what I mean. This isn't just make up, this is a face that barely moves other than her eyes and a very limited movement of her mouth. Her skin is freakishly smooth. In the drama she looks the same being tough, scared, or loving 🙄

I'm re-watching the #Kdrama #Numbers and it feels like 1/3rd of the actresses have faces that are immobile except for their eyes and barely mouth. K-beauty and plastic surgery is definitely a thing, but it really feels over the top. Makes me wonder where they'll be in 20 years. And how they'll look.

Panel 6: This piece is rotated ninety degees and fits to the others very badly. Person 2 is saying "Soon. I feel like I'm really close"
A second look at the whole comic shows that the last two panels read in the wrong order because the jigsaw has been put together incorrectly.

Day 11. Favorite scene in a movie.

My favorite scene in a movie is almost all of the 5th Element. I chose this one because it's not as "famous" as some of the other ones. Also, the dancing guy is awesome!

Day 9. Childhood friend.

I don't have many childhood friends, they're mostly from my teens. And interestingly the two friends I've had the longest relationship with are born only midnight apart. Very different people, very different lives, but both very good friends of mine 🫰🏻
