It was never EVER about protecting the victims
For months, DOJ has been sandbagging the Epstein release claiming they were redacting sensitive information and using it as an excuse to delay other document productions, but they just released the files with apparently "thousands" of instances of victim's names and identifying details unredacted.

People: hey, we want the murder factory torn down

Politicians: we hear you and are listening. We pledge to try to reduce the money being taken from schools and safety net programs in order to fund the murder factory.

People: TEAR. IT. DOWN.

Politicians: but we need a murder factory for safety

A “fringe epidemiologist” is kind and your treating him seriously is collusion.
Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, the director of N.I.H., was called a “fringe epidemiologist” during the Covid era. On this episode of “Interesting Times,” he tells Ross Douthat that the elites broke the public’s trust, and now it’s up to outsiders to restore it.
