(for those unfamiliar, Lawry’s is a steakhouse in LA that’s very well known (they also sell those seasoning packages you see in the grocery store) and you normally can’t just walk in on a day like Valentine’s Day)

Slightly off topic, but my favorite Valentine’s date with my wife was when we were both in college (before we got married), and we didn’t really have plans so we decided to see if we could just walk in to Lawry’s and it was half empty because a bank had just been robbed down the street.
This is an unapologetically sappy feel-good subject (at least, I guess, for people in a happy relationship”). So, to prepare for Valentine’s Day, what did you and your partner do for a first date?
