Exist in public? They can arrest you.

Sitting quietly in your home. They can arrest you, and take all your stuff

Wow. Greg Bovino admits on camera that his agents can detain people if you look scared, change your demeanor, or grip a steering wheel too tight.

As his unmasked agents walk around with large guns to scare you, they may arrest you just for that — even if you're a U.S. citizen.

A new study in @nature.com shows the world’s biggest oil and gas companies contribute less than 1.5% to renewable energy capacity — despite claiming for years to be leading the energy transition.

Study: Oil companies are not ‘part of the solution’
New research in the journal Nature reveals oil and gas companies own a “marginal” share of global renewable capacity, years after claiming they would lead the energy transition.

The fossil fuel industry is suddenly concerned about Trump trying to withdraw permits for wind projects because they fear a future admin could do the same to oil projects. Might have been worth thinking about before...

The top energy official for the U.S. government — which will now provide more than $34 billion a year to the fossil fuel industry — is claiming there are no oil and gas subsidies.

DOE officials are banned from using the words "Tax breaks/tax credits/subsidies”.

A California bill awaiting Newsom’s signature would set a pathway to eliminate the state’s trailblazing moratorium on pipelines used to transport carbon dioxide. The fossil fuel industry lobbied to shape the legislation, which could allow pipelines to be built without strict distance requirements.
California Bill Could Set Dangerous Precedent Around Carbon Dioxide Pipelines
If industry continues to dictate the terms of legislation, more communities could see such pipelines in their backyards.

California is setting a path to lift its moratorium on CO2 pipelines with new safety regs. But the state won't set a distance requirement protecting communities, which oil lobbyists opposed.

Advocates say it's a recipe for disaster. from me & @levernews.com

California opens the door for Big Oil’s CO2 pipeline plans
States will be responsible for keeping people safe as the oil industry pushes a massive buildout of carbon dioxide pipelines near communities.
