I’m making a simple point about how an average reader—myself included—might respond after reading this ridiculous piece" Ben Smith: "Also — and I'll stop now! — the question he's trying to get at of how you cover monarchies with endless time horizons as a journalist (this is a thing people from most major publications do) is genuinely interesting."
