There are some things about characters that are just simply canon and taking that away from them makes them a different person. Dimitri will always adore Dedue. The F4 always love each other, even if they hurt each other, as family is wont to do. Felix always has a soft spot for Annette.

It's also just more interesting to have your character love their friends, besides just their intended otp. It fleshes them out so much, and there is more to someone than romantic love. You really don't need to beat down another character that is canonically loved for your otp to happen

For anyone who need deets for research purposes, I will impart the following: when it's up in a bun, I'd say coworker's hair is basically the same size as Felix's bun. A tad less messy though.

Apropos of nothing, was at a dance party yesterday (hence the Zoey cosplay) and a coworker who always puts his hair in a Felix-like bun had it down when he took off the helmet he had for his costume.

It felt so illegal I told him that. I need someone to write me a felannie one-shot about this tbh.
