Still cracking up about this because it also reminds me of Liz Lemon referring to a basketball as the “old leather pumpkin.”

So true. This is the Michigan weather I live for, when the air just feels drinkably refreshing. And yes, after a stressful week I had clearly been starving for some positive human interactions outside the house and not even realizing it.

Finished my run at the neighborhood harvest fest which meant I then walked home in my running outfit with a pumpkin under my arm. Another woman stopped to ask if I "used to play basketball" because I "have the build for it" so of course I lied and said "a little." Horse in the backyard counts, yes?

A very eventful jog, as I set out a woman pulled up to compliment the color of our new house paint job. I recognized her as our city council woman and said we'd been meaning to get a reelection sign but didn't know what number to contact. By the time I got back from my run she'd hand delivered one!

President Donald J. Trump successfully completed a scheduled follow-up evaluation today at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center. The visit was part of his ongoing health maintenance plan and included advanced imaging, laboratory testing, and preventive health assessments conducted by a multidisciplinary team of specialists. These evaluations were performed in coordination with leading academic and medical consultants to ensure optimal cardiovascular health and continued wellness.
Comprehensive laboratory studies performed in conjunction with the visit were exceptional, including stable metabolic, hematologic, and cardiac parameters.
In preparation for upcoming international travel, President Trump also received preventive health screenings and immunizations, including annual influenza and updated COVID-19 booster vaccinations.
President Trump continues to demonstrate excellent overall health. His cardiac age-a validated measure of cardiovascular vitality via ECG-was found to be approximately 14 years younger than his chronological age. He continues to maintain a demanding daily schedule without restriction.
