September 30, 2025 Letter of Disaffiliation To whom it may concern, I am ending all involvement with The Sanctum, an art project that has produced models and artwork of mesozoic vertebrates, and was in the planning stages of making a documentary about mesozoic vertebrates. I have learned that the project’s leader Omar Lagarda González (aka Darknix) made inappropriate and unwanted sexual advances online to a person whom he knew to be 16 years old. I will no longer be involved in any collaborative art, science communication, or research projects with Omar Lagarda González.
