The "You’re Under Arrest" anime is getting an HD telecine for its 30th anniversary Blu-ray release.
The series’ creator, Kōsuke Fujishima, is a known gearhead and car/motorcycle enthusiast, hence all the sweet JDM vehicles featured throughout.

For my Calif. followers: As of Oct 1, all readiness monitors must be set to pass smog (right side = old rules). Rollout seems slow as my Fit passed with EVAP not ready. If you're up, you might still sneak in under the old rules if one is not set and if you go, like, now.
