You won't believe it, but in the same week, both my smartwatch and smartphone have carked it.

I have a backup smartphone, but the thought of having to do yet another Smart Switch isn't something I have the spoons for this weekend 😬😬

Come on Wellington, I know you're frustrated and disappointed in our council, but we need to try and improve things. Despite not having many palatable options for mayor and councillors in the Southern Ward, I was able to pick a preferred mayor and 1 councillor. Not ideal but I tried.

Last night I saw a FB post from Julie Anne Genter supporting Tory as she finishes up as mayor. The nasty & abusive comments from men towards both women were revolting. It's a mirror into what men really think of women as a whole. They're not afraid of consequences either bc there are largely none.

Reading my timeline around changes to Jobseeker for 18/19 year olds, reminds me of my experiences at the former NZ Employment Service in the late 80s/early 90s.
The rules around finding work & benefit obligations were harsh & the threat of losing my benefit was always hanging over my head.

When my stomach was being an AH several years ago, I got a bunch of baby food squeezies and lived off them, bananas and plain crackers. Small amounts regularly helped me a lot.

I saw the dentist this morning, and the remaining bit under the gum will be coming out on the 22nd. No more open smiles, so I'll have to find a new way.

The good side is because this was a failed root canal, I won't have to pay for the extraction.

Dentist visit today at 9.45am. They need to decide if the extraction will be complex or not, and which dentist is the best for the job.
I'm still really upset at losing another tooth, especially on my smile line 😢😢😢

Tonight the tooth that had a root canal, broke again, was repaired again, snapped off at the gum line.

THE WHOLE TOOTH 😭😭😭

The bit under the gum will have to be extracted 😭 leaving a gap on my bottom smile line. Guess I won't be smiling much from now on 😕
