Trying to take my own advice and give myself grace even though I'm being sad and lonely inside because I'm tired and overwhelmed instead of going out to enjoy the city. I have to remember that I need rest, too, and there's nothing shameful about it BUT IT'S HARD 😭

While I am still adjusting, I'm happy to say I've been more social this week than I have been in months and it feels good.

I didn't get pictures of the actual socializing (good on me being present in the moment!!) but I did get some of actually being out in the world lol

The hardest part about moving for me (whether down the street or across the globe) is getting back into a routine.
My routines are CRUCIAL for me and my brain, but they also rely a lot on my surroundings, so every time I move I have to adjust it to fit the new place 🥲
