New analysis of 100k+ runners

Faster runners:
-Accumulated 3x the volume of slower runners
-Had proportionally more easy running. Higher intensity proportion about the same.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Gratitude is an important & oft neglected tool.

Our brain gets bombarded with negativity, outrage, and fear.

Expressing what you're thankful for is a small counter to that, providing evidence that your brain doesn't need to be on threat mode all the time.
