Covid is arguably the biggest cover-up of the 21st century—and it’s being perpetrated right in front of everyone’s eyes. There are now thousands of peer-reviewed scientific studies warning of its dangers, and articles on it are a simple Google search away.

Protect yourself and others. #WearAnN95

This is a fantastic article I encourage everyone to read.

The damaging effects of COVID on our immune system are not up for debate.

It’s not hypothetical.

And it’s not limited to “only the vulnerable”.

This is why many of us mask. Respirators like an N95 do a great job preventing covid.

Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

“We may be witnessing the emergence of a population-level acquired immune deficiency — not sexually transmitted, but airborne.”

That line isn’t from a tweet. It’s from a peer-reviewed paper in AJPM Focus (2025).

I’m sorry that THE SITUATION feels unreasonable. It’s fair to say that the situation is unmanageable, a situation that all the ppl who already have contracted long covid and who can’t afford more infections have been thrust into. That is something to take up with the govt - a reason to be furious

There are thousands of studies showing the long term health risks to people posed by COVID-19.

Any rational person would look at this data and pause for thought.

I think we aren’t doing that because we aren’t very rational at the moment.

NYT Opinion columnists and manufacturing consent for neverending Covid infections, name a more iconic duo.

Neighbors taking this stance gave me and my (3x vaccinated) family Covid for the first time in 2023 and gave my partner Long Covid - sure would have been “rational” to mask around them, huh?

It is rational to fear what covid does to the body.

And this ableist machismo, separating "fear" and rational thinking, isn't helpful here. They aren't dichotomous.

It is rational to mask in order to avoid covid, long covid, spreading covid, and causing others to have long covid.

Wouldn’t it be great if one time someone with influence who was minimizing the threat of COVID actually took the time to read some of the studies & articles we presented & thought, Hey, I didn’t know this… I know better than to hold my breath though.

Speaking of studies, here’s one from today.

“Both [SARS-CoV-2 & HIV-1] can establish persistent infections in tissue reservoirs, immune dysfunction, vulnerability to other infections including opportunistic, systemic damage including hallmarks of accelerated biological aging, and premature neurocognitive disorders.”

This most recently happened to me just the other day. Wonder if I’d had this paper if he still would’ve blocked me.

If anyone else happened to see a brief exchange here wherein a doctor or healthcare professional said this comparison was inaccurate & unhelpful.

“More research is needed to develop causal treatments for chronic SARS-CoV-2 infection and other biological mechanisms of Long COVID: endothelialitis, thrombosis, premature senescence, dysbiosis and immune dysregulation resulting in increased vulnerability to viral, bacterial and fungal infections.”
gayfabfourfan.bsky.social
“It is essential to prioritize airborne infection prevention, especially while no causal therapies are available for the sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection.”
gayfabfourfan.bsky.social
“Combined with its airborne spread and high transmissibility, SARS-CoV-2 is an ongoing threat to immunity and contributes to the population-level spread of many infections, amplifying its impact on public health.”
gayfabfourfan.bsky.social
“These outcomes are further highlighted by the increased vulnerability to infectious diseases, including those that are signature indicators of immune deficiency typically associated with HIV/AIDS, as well as likely several types of cancer.”

“The phrase emphasizes key similarities and is grounded in evidence of shared outcomes, including immune dysfunction through T cell depletion and exhaustion, persistent systemic damage, and neurocognitive decline.”

“The statement that SARS-CoV-2 is “airborne AIDS” may be an oversimplification, but it draws attention to emerging evidence showing that the virus induces a distinct form of acquired immunodeficiency (AID).”

“HIV integrates into DNA, whereas SARS-CoV-2 and its parts persist in organs like the blood vessels, brain, heart, tonsils, and lungs.”
