Yeah I’ve driven past various little travel agencies. And honestly, if you’re planning kind of a large, complex trip, I can see the appeal of letting someone else figure out bookings for flights, hotels, cars, etc. so you can just arrive and enjoy.

I now really want to know the reason for these decisions, since the Evo VII WRC car was still very obviously mostly Evo body parts. Clearly there was more wiggle room for body work for that generation, but was there a space/aero/cooling advantage at the front? Why the taillights?

I was looking at some photos of the Mitsubishi Evo VIII based WRC car, and I noticed something odd. It looks like they actually used base Lancer taillights, not Evo ones. And then I noticed that the hood/grille and headlights appear to also be derived from the base Lancer, too, rather than the Evo

And at some point it dawned on me that I was working the night of the daylight savings switchover, and I was so overjoyed when I realized I had an extra hour to finish. I think I was within an hour of the submission time when I turned it in.
