Perhaps appropriate that today is #WorldMentalHealthDay - Had a lovely time at @starfuryevents.bsky.social Warp 1’s opening night. I remember coming off Sertraline a few years back thinking I was ‘better’, and felt shame that I had the need to go back onto it about six months later.

Since then I’ve been a lot more open about my mental health and issues such as eco-anxiety. It’s exhausting but it always feels right.

Greta got a lot of shit for going from climate change to Palestine but there's likely a stronger connection than you think between the fossil fuel industry and the growth of belligerent autocratic states that support or tolerate exactly the kind of thing that's going on in Palestine
