I've seen almost no other coverage of this. Trump is sending the FBI to the homes of protestors, ostensibly to find out who is funding and organizing the protests, but obviously also to intimidate people into not protesting anymore.

We really should be talking about this more.

Apparently Trump is now sending the FBI to the homes of innocent protestors, in part to find out who is behind the "criminal conspiracy" arranging these protests.

The real reason is obviously the chilling effect on free speech for those attending.

It is probably both inaccurate and unduly mean-spirited to compare Israel to Nazi Germany, but there is a distinct similarity to Rome with a clear line of derivation: changing Jewish culture to "New Jews" to impress Christians, who were themselves Romanized by Paul and Constantine the Great.

I've been doing lots of interesting research. I'm not sure anyone's ever formally done this kind of analysis before. The Greeks have had a lot more influence on the relevant tropes than I realized!

The lightning bolts are not distinctly different from the earrings of Stormfront in The Boys, used to signal she is a Nazi, so it's possible an antisemitic designer snuck them in, but I suspect it's unintentional. Better to focus on metal's often intentional use of swastika and black sun imagery.
