It's a rainy weekday in October and Pike Place is as busy as any sunny summer weekend. I think the disappearance of non-essential car traffic is a huge help. This setup should be made permanent.

Change is possible. E Marginal Way before/after. Thanks to 12 years of advocacy from West Seattle Bike Connections, West Seattleites now have a safe and family-friendly trail from the West Seattle low bridge to downtown! It was a massive rebuild of the street to better support large trucks 🚚🤝🚲
