✅ I wanted to enjoy the taste of the pozole. So I tried really hard. But I failed. The pozole lacked seasoning. Not enough #salt to brighten flavors. Chefs and restaurateurs refer to a menu item labeled #healthy as the Kiss of Death. While that may seem disrespectful, it rings true in many cases.
