Not to be morbid but the transition into being the caretaker of my parents is going to be brutal. Even with my brother (a man) they just don't respect any of us as rational correct decision makers. I'm just waiting for the day a real "you can't do this anymore" convo has to happen.

You can be 30 or 40 years old & your parents still hear the things you say as fun little facts their small child is spouting & not like... well meaning advice about how they could FEEL BETTER if they do one simple thing!? Just don't turn it off!

I wish I could convince my mom that viruses are mostly airborne & being on the other side of the room of someone does nothing if you don't mask. My cousin was complaining that his parents won't keep the air filter he bought them on in their bedroom & mine won't either! It's SO quiet!

I was basically just told a very similar story but there was much debate between the two people in this couple on whether or not it even happened at Bar Louie bc their anniversary was after the main COVID shutdowns (aka after most of them closed).

I was so glad we got it out safe! Luckily we had a net on a long pole & it let us carefully trap it so we got it out quick with hopefully less stress.

My brother & his girlfriend are going to & of course his GF doesn't like watching movies on top of not liking being in public in general so I got in trouble for speaking the truth that she's not going to like it and his pep talk is probably pointless.

I had to stop wearing my Fitbit because it was giving me anxiety about how high my heart rate was (which was partially causing the high heart rate).

I was convinced my toe was fractured but it healed up too quickly. Really hurt tho. I gotta look into the spreaders, my pinky toes need to beef up.

Here's what we made last year!

More than a dozen handmade ornaments, mostly felt and mostly holiday themed. There are also birds, a donut, a jellyfish, a narwhal, and a Trogdor the Burninator.

Highly recommend joining in if you feel like you can make 11 ornaments! My sister joined in last year & made mini wreaths with collected wild grape vines & dried flowers; & I've done felt creations twice. here's my previous years contributions.
