the idea of not criticizing a Zelda dungeon for being overly simple because it's for kids is such a strange sentiment because all Zelda games are for kids, and there are basically zero other games with Zelda style dungeons

skyward sword was also EXTREMELY linear, like you basically had a level select, they did like 15 straightforward Zeldas beforehand that people loved just fine
