I told my sister one of the best weeks of my life was when we had chicken pox and our parents put us in a room with some new paints and Legos and left us alone, which, like. Was I simply born to be a hermit because that still sounds like a perfect week to me. Me and my best person and THAT’S IT.

Well I’ve now watched two-thirds of six episodes of Yellowjackets with my wife sitting beside me and telling me when to close my eyes and muting it at the extra-squelchy parts but now I’m lying in bed and the lamp has started flickering and my horror-watching career is OFFICIALLY OVER!!!!!

Lady at the pharmacy complaining so loud about Zohran Mamdani. She kept calling him “Mmmdaddy” but like as an insult? Everyone on line was trying so hard to keep it together. This one guy was like “Wow ‘Mmmdaddy’ is so mean! Definitely stop saying it! Do not keep repeating it loudly and in public!”
