Nein, von der 609 m hohen Plattform in Rothesütte aus kann man das Ostseebad Boltenhagen (267 km entfernt, Meereshöhe) nicht sehen.
Die Erdkrümmung verdeckt es vollständig — man müsste ein etwa 2½ km hohes Zielobjekt (z. B. ein Berg oder ein Turm dieser Höhe) dort haben, um es zu sehen.
