Yes she is! And she’s the creator of the conspiracy theory pyramid that was going around several years ago, too.

The Conspiracy Chart created by Abbie Richards in 2021, which shows a graphic of an inverted pyramid which is separated into 5 tiers. Each tier, from the bottom up, shows an increasing level of severity, and each tier has a demarcation line showing what concept or idea separates the conspiracy theories listed in the lower tier from the conspiracy theories listed in the higher tier. Below the Pyramid reads “Grounded in Reality”. Above the Pyramid reads “Detached From Reality”.

From bottom of the pyramid to the top, the tiers are:
Tier 1 is “Grounded in Reality”
(Demarcation reads “Speculation Line”)
Tier 2 is “We Have Questions”
(Demarcation reads “Leaving Reality”)
Tier 3 is “Unequivocally False But Mostly Harmless”
(Demarcation reads “Reality Denial”)

It sounds like Trump is trying to order the National Guard to "protect" a Federal courthouse, and the Chief Judge there is telling everyone that they do not need or want the Guard there. This is no way to run a military, or a country.
