For a guy who says he's against the Nazis, Mike Johnson sure does have to spend a lot of time calling news conferences to beg people to believe that he and his crew are not a bunch of Nazis.

...which would be a lot easier if the GOP didn't do so much Nazi stuff and display swastikas, etc.
Johnson: That is not the principles of the Republican Party. You want me to articulate them? We fought the Nazis, we defended that evil ideology.
Man, whoever cursed us to live in interesting times was not playing.
If you take the word of a group of Nazi pedophiles.
Oh well, it's not like I need to get out of bed or stop crying anyway.
I would be more shocked that the online therapy company my insurance wants me to use is unable to set up an appointment if I hadn't spotted the link button at the bottom of their page leading to their Google+ account.
This is a good reminder to re-up my antidepressants.
The deluge of human misery overwhelmed me so I deactivated for a few days, might do it again
Thank you for speaking my truth.
Sending poorly trained racist imbeciles in masks into the streets of an increasingly armed U.S. to attack and kidnap women and children will definitely lead to bloodshed.

Only attend No Kings if y'all believe in one or more of the following:

Equality, democracy, freedom of speech, the Constitution, LGBTQ+ rights, voting rights, women's rights, due process, diversity, museums, books, objective truth, stopping measles and not going to war with Portland and whatnot.

Throw a little finely diced onion in there, maybe a couple sprinkles of cilantro, too.

Ah, hell, now I want bean burritos for breakfast.
I don't think enough people are talking about bean burritos.
Seems pretty "breaking the law" to me, but I'm not a newspaper most people subscribe to for Wordle, so what do I know?
The few I knew who weren't didn't stay Republican much longer.
"I know you guys would tell me..."

Yeah. I'm sure they're all lining up to tell King Dotard the Petty that he's already a little dumber than he used to be...which was a lot.
New Tron stuff also has to contend with anime having deeeeeeeply plumbed the depths of the "stuck in a video game" genre with actual bangers like "Overlord," "My Next Life as a Villainess," "Sword Art Online," "Log Horizon," "I'm Standing on a Million Lives," and, like, almost every other series.
You think it's also the guy who ate a bunch of miniature chocolate bars and broke into my daughter's room and hid them behind the bed?
Right? The visuals in the first movie were interesting (as was the idea, then somewhat novel, of being trapped in a video game), but a sequel, much less a franchise, never made any sense.
"Oh, poo, we all go through a neo-Nazi phase! And maybe they're not so bad! The President seems to think they're okay and I support him! Now pass the gravy."

You know how people are always, uh, BREAKING INTO GOVERNMENT OFFICES to plant NAZI PARAPHERNALIA in young Republicans' cubicles, on the off-chance one of them will do a video chat and be seen.
"The flag was found inside Taylor’s office in the Cannon Building in Washington, D.C., Tuesday afternoon, according to an office spokesperson. Taylor believes it is the result of 'foul play or vandalism,' the spokesperson said."

Yeah. Uh-huh. "Foul play."
Capitol Police called to investigate swastika in GOP congressional office
An American flag altered to include an image of a swastika was found in Rep. Dave Taylor’s office.

LeBron James [visibly sweating]: You're 100% this is about Trump, right?
There is no elegant way to eat a tostada and that is even more reason to eat tostadas.
I hope the Capitol police support him the *exact* same way.
Mike Johnson: "We've always stood with Capitol police and law enforcement. We've shown that in word and deed."
