Well, it doesn't have to be like this. This is a choice we're making by not cleaning the indoor air or informing the public about the need for infection control.

Moreover, these numbers also mean a new, year-round baseline of chronic illness.

Yale researchers analyzed data from 158 million US workers and found that even after the pandemic, COVID-19 continues to raise work absences by 13% and labor force exits by 13%.

The virus has created a new year-round baseline similar to flu season.

5. Honest, science-based public education about the short- and long-term risks of infection, and how to best protect each other.

... pure hell in itself, and being disbelieved and neglected by healthcare and government certainly doesn't help. We desperately need a diagnostic test to escape the gaslighting -- and then we need a cure.

Thank you so much for writing about this 🌸 I became ill in early 2020, and my life has been destroyed. I worked full-time
at the university, enjoyed my social life, did all kinds of sports, and had many other hobbies too. I'm housebound now, and can't even shower or walk around inside the house...
