Also, I don't think this has much to do with the Fast & Furious IP other than the title and maybe some of the set piece moments. I don't know for sure because I haven't watched any of the movies. 😅

I'm a bit disappointed but I'm having an okay time with it overall. You're mileage may vary. Now where is this Cruis'n Collection they wanted to put together years ago?

And there are only a handful of cars. No sharks or UFOs. From what I understand this is more of a straight port of the arcade game.

If you go into understanding that, you probably won't be let down as much. But if you're looking for the next Cruis'n Blast, then keep driving.

But it doesn't quite reach the absurdity of Cruis'n Blast. It's fun ride to be sure, but it just feels like something is missing.

It appears to be very light on unlockable content, too. You just get faster fancier vehicles of the car you completed the objectives with.

Fast & Furious: Arcade Edition first impressions: If you're looking for a spiritual successor to Cruis'n Blast, you might want to steer clear. At a glance, it is almost as absurd as Cruis'n Blast. Explosions, flashy graphics, crashing through objects, crazy set piece moments, etc
