I sold off my Armies & Enemies of Ancient Rome because I stopped using it even as a quick reference or overview

By making their legal action very "broad brush" they could be hoping to scare off/bury small competition who can't afford to go to court.
Competitors can't win if they can't afford a lawyer to challenge the claim.
