And they wonder why kids are confused when they see rage bait saying it's "unmanly" or "gay" to eat kiwi fruit, order dessert, drink lemonade, have a salad, (all REAL posts I've see) and now apparently, tie your scarf wrong.
Are the straights ok? 😬

My 3rd century Roman command aren't even trying.

These are just *chef's kiss*
Progress at last! At least one of the half finished bases cluttering up my desk got finally finished. Figures Victrix with Aventine heads and Gripping Beast casualty. Only wish those Victrix capes weren't so 'flowy'

Friday saw me and Mark have a first dabble with Devilry Afoot by Nic Wright. What a blast?! It’s a cooperative game where the players are witch/monster hunters in the 16/17th C (ish!). Played out two missions. Only needs a two foot square terrain set up and a handful of figures. Recommended!!!

Some evocative photographs here.
Which for those of who remember 70s "Concept albums" all should be on an LP cover.

The definitive list of the absolute best interdimensional portals I have photographed on walks in the British countryside.

BZ RCAF!
CAF PAFOs doing stellar work.
Massive shoutout out to whoever handles the Royal Canadian Air Force’s social media account. They responded to every single comment on their already very solid Trans Day of Remembrance post and they responded like this…

Made a little house for my Roknauts inspired by some of the scenery from the Battle of Golgotha, but now in 28mm.

I will observe it by making my lovely wife a cup of tea and then doing the dishes.

I'm reading "Broken Eagles, Napoleon and His German Allies in the 1813 Campaign " by John Gill.
Starts with a good, thorough overview before diving into each contingent.
Ney really should never have been given independent commands.

Under the heading Really Quite Good Old Movies I've Watched on YouTube Recently:
"The Way Forward" starring David Niven and "In Which We Serve" starring Noel Coward.
Both rise above wartime propaganda pieces to become good character studies and examples of Leadership.

Been watching old Bond movies on Prime (in production order which is interesting).
Lazenby is really bad, isn't he?
"On Her Majesty's Secret Service" could do with more Diana Rigg.
