Kyle and Dave became traitors mainly because they thought it could improve their careers.
But the promotions were slow in coming, and the slightly improved salary was eaten up by inflation. Besides, the boss smells really bad and has a weeping rash.

I think we’ve got better and more culturally-varied street food than I could have imagined, cool jackets galore, and drugs that make us think we’re really fast and strong before they kill us.
we're getting all the downsides of cyberpunk (social alienation, ruthless hyper capitalism, digital mass surveillance state) but none of the promised upsides (cheap street food, cool jackets, super drugs that make you really fast and strong before they kill you)

Painted my first historical 28mm miniature this week.
It wasn’t really planned. Got it from a grab box and felt like it.
Found out it’s a WW2 Frenchie with a SM 24/29 LMG for Bolt Action.
So it’s only fair I gave him the @handiworkgames.bsky.social WW2 backdrops treatment.

Painted my first historical 28mm miniature this week.
It wasn’t really planned. Got it from a grab box and felt like it.
