Tried shortbread in the oven this time, used the air fryer last time. Same heat (170c fan) and time but the oven was burning them with a few minutes left on the timer so I rushed them out!

I guess our oven runs a bit hot? Will do them at 150 and see how that goes.

At least it's just the edges ay!
