Haha true that. It's probably the later white metal rather than lead but I couldn't tell you if it was cast in the 90s or later. Maybe he was on a Made To Order recently!

Popped into a model railway shop today. This model looks pretty good but I think the wargamers have actually overtaken the model railway people. @joewargamer.bsky.social still setting the standard.
I will say the railway people do still have the edge in making elevated areas though!

#hobbystreak 1267 hahaha this one has a funny number in it. With that out of my system today I washed the carapace on the Tervigon. I did start blocking in some of the red as well. While I let the wash dry on the Tervigon I started doing some touch ups on these poxwalkers

The Promotional Zaratul Mini form #StarCraft #Miniature game came with both grey and transparent sprues, so one could choose to paint a "cloaked" Zaratul. Sadly, it came with only one base, but I recently discovered a 3D print that was similar enough to work

To be honest I use so many different brands of paint I don't really have a preference towards one or the other! I just use whichever has the closest colour I'm looking for at the time!
