He also has a lot of in-laws by marriage (slash common law in Stephanivien's case); Artoirel and Emmanellain through his relationship with Haurchefant, and the Haillenarte siblings through Stephanivien. Magnai as well through his marriage to Ine. Which Ryuuga disapproves of heavily

He has an older sister, Ine. They don't get along all that well in all honesty, mostly because of the difference in how their mother treated them. But they've begun making up since reuniting in stormblood

Ryuuga has such an intense battle and bloodlust but he's so good at hiding it that most people don't notice until they actually see him in combat. He really enjoys it. It's a bit scary actually. And hot if you're a freak like that

His love and his rage. It's taken a lot of violence to be this kind. After a life spent fighting to survive, he is warm and loving because he knows the world isn't-- but part of him relishes in unleashing punishment upon his enemies. Sometimes in the name of justice. But not always.

Also as an au ra, who grew up around au ra and has been with au ra, Ryuuga knows where all the most sensitive areas are to get a reaction out of him. Even better than Sid sometimes. Ryuuga is going to help him break through that thick ishgardian repression one nut at a time

There is just something about the comfort of being with someone who understands what it's like to *be* what he is after spending the majority of his life in a land of hostile strangers. Someone who understands physically and mentally and also knows how to treat the trauma he has with grace. Yeah

Sid is really sensitive about having his tail touched bc most of his auri features made him a target in Ishgard... but he trust Ryuuga, partially because he knows what it's like to be an au ra in Ishgard and treated as such, but also because he loves him and knows he'd never hurt him without consent

I think Mjaara could solve it but only because their echo ability (forseeing death) would allow them to cheat and notice a pattern super quickly. Without it they're still incredibly intelligent but also not good under pressure so it's a solid 50/50
