Too easy Lizz.

Best non-sequitor in that one is “A nice big plate of fish, which is my favorite dish…” which may or may not have inspired the aquatic classic Underwater Rhymes

There’s something very Kid’s Menu about this story.

He was the glue on the offensive lines, a captain, a center in more ways than one. Those trips to the AFC Championship are Mangold’s legacy for the Jets. He was the heart and soul of that era.
Too soon to lose Nick Mangold.
Absolutely stunned to learn of Nick Mangold’s death. What a legend he was for the Jets. Way too early to lose him.

the point of the ballroom obvs has nothing to do with aesthetics. it's to create an architectural structure to honor the patronage networks that currently dominate US politics. previous WH venues hosted maybe a couple of hundred people; this hosts nearly 1,000 rich donors.

Did the New York Times have an editorial meeting where they said something like “these are trustworthy people, we should take their word, put it headlines, that’s good journalism.”

Did they go so far as to say “we should help the Trump administration sell this action”?

Or do they just sorta do it?

Portland Trail Blazers coach Chauncey Billups has been arrested by the FBI for alleged illegal gambling, sources tell ESPN.
