The real-time filtering of price points and sections is slow and never returns the search results you want. You click on a seat and it disappears into the ether. It's absolutely musical chairs chaos.

This is not just a business practice but something Ticketmaster has sorely lacked in the past; customer experience. Getting into the waiting room and queue is one thing, but once the venue map appears, you're already deflated at your chances to get anything. You're scrolling around for scraps.

Yes the touchpad on Dualsense could be used to remap the PSVitia functionality if needed. I would have thought the Vita library and PSVR would be on PS+ Premium by now.

I couldn't score Blue Jays ALCS tickets. Not even for Game 7. What really grinds my gears is that Ticketmaster lets people on the day of sale, permission to resell them to the public. There should be a cooldown period. At least 24 hrs to reintroduce the stock of resale tickets.

When I did my UX case study for Project Ortiz, it was important to put accessible controls for the creators 1st. Metatags that comply to Creative Commons rules is a potential 1st step. Don’t scrape our data without consent, NOT after the fact.

I can DL an older version of the app. Ok fine. Sorry you need to DL an update. Which I cannot do bc I’m on an older iPhone and I can’t get the newest iOS.

This needs to stop. Stop storing tickets in only in your apps. Allow phone web browser support to view & scan tickets.
