But I’m about to get a loan to open a dessert shop called À la mode and it’s just this shit on vanilla ice cream. The best you can find.

Beef shanks from Costco. $29.00 for 3 good size ones. Behold Ossobuco.

This was some of the best food I've eaten all week, and it only took 4 hours to make. Ossobuco over creamy polenta with broccoli.
