I've used windows for sooo long, since the very beginning. At first I even used to often bail to system because that's what I was used to from working with Dos. So I know all the sneaky tricks and shortcuts to get *behind* the window, which is just an overlay for Dos which is still back there.

Thanks. It's my old laptop (bro got me a Win11 one for my birthday) and I still need to get a lot of stuff off of it. Then I'm going to reformat, etc., and give it to the kids down the road whose family is even more poor than I am. I just don't want to mess with Linux anymore. Uses too much time!)
