Not a lie, semantics. Happy to call it a permanent "facility" or installation with Qatari jets, pilots and trainees, part of a US base, and a base for operations in the US. A partnership way too close for comfort. You shouldn't be comfortable with it. Lots of people aren't, including conservatives.
