Also? Getting comfortable enough with failure that failure no longer crushes you is like a basic survival skill if you’re hypersensitive/have anxiety, and the only way to do that is to just go ahead and fail repeatedly

If (as a parish I used to attend) we are going to parade behind a monstrance for the feast of corpus christi through the parish...

then an ICE detention facility is one place where the presence of Christ (specifically Christ whose mortal flesh suffered detention and abuse) should be visible!

I mean I have a lot of sympathy for that use, even if I would encourage it.

Reminder than in the Worcester budget, the Library is not even 1% of the spend.

We've fallen to about .74%.

I'd love it if you emailed your Councilor *and* the City Manager to ask that the library budget be bumped up.

Staffing. Programs. Collections. New tech. We can do more with more.
