A little late to the party but I also had the opportunity to share our work at #etmaal2025!

I presented a paper in which we apply our framework of media pluralism in democracy, focusing on how PSM navigate a media ecosystem that increasingly challenges their epistemic authority. 📺🗞️

@jolanurkens.bsky.social et al. studied epistemic expectations of journalism at Belgian and Dutch public broadcasters, finding that these differ widely depending on the broadcasters’ individual characteristics and market structures.
