Posting art on that site may be feeding the machine, but I'm sure art gets pulled from bsky too. What's worse are the people using grok to "animate" their drawings. That's voluntarily putting everything in yourself, and basically signing consent over to have your work plagiarized.

I don't think the issue with K3 replacing certain character models has to do with realism. It has to do with LAZINESS. It's easier to scan a dude in and tweak animations off mo-cap than to rebuild the model from scratch and tweak animations more heavily off a mo-cap of real people. It's lazy.

Whether or not they pull off the same thing in the end, I'll still be playing it, but I hope they don't change Rikiya's personality too drastically or retcon some things ugh. I'm not a fan of the wardrobe colors changes so much. Kiryu's was based on an old yakuza film.
