Our post-Thanksgiving-dinner movie was Fast Times at Ridgemont High and somehow I was the only person in the room who'd seen it before. The teens laughed hysterically at the Mr Hand/Jeff Spicoli interactions. A multi-generational winner!

The alternative to old bungalows being torn down and replaced by a number of condos or townhomes that costs roughly the same is the old bungalow being torn down and replaced by a large house that costs 3x as much.
This is literally what happened before rezoning

I think we really should stop using antifa and just fully say anti-fascist and get them saying they are against anti fascism. Using antifa is giving them some distance and I genuinely think some of their base don’t even know that’s what it stands for.
