one of the problems with the brahmin left is that the principle of harm reduction has become a kind of master frame for interpreting the morality of policy. this comes from a mostly admirable place but in the context of politics it reveals an internalized belief that the system is illegitimate.

It really is heartening to always see how welcoming and supportive the wrestling community is of lots of different people from all different walks of life. It’s certainly not every wrestler from every company, but it’s a lot of them and the ones who are tend to be pretty militant about it.

UPDATE: In emailed statement to me / @reason.com, DHS alleges that WGN-TV producer Debbie Brockman "threw objects at Border Patrol’s car and she was placed under arrest for assault on a federal law enforcement officer."
