I still can't get an appointment with my GP, it just keeps saying there's none available currently 🫠 and until I stop feeling ill I don't want to go to A&E and risk spreading any bugs or picking any more up either

both of my aunts and I caught a bit of a bug going around, so I've been ill the past week. My arm has also been a nightmare for me. I've spent this time mostly sleeping and resting through the days. Sometimes it feels like it helps my arm but sometimes it feels like it makes no difference.
