Just heard Drew Struzan passed away 😞 His incredible work has given me and countless others so much awe, joy and inspiration!

I had posters of his work as a teen, I began using color pencils because I thought he used them too. Always inspired by him. Just utterly heart broken.

RIP Drew Struzan.

I'm just a Dan who is sharing what I draw with pens and paper on my personal art journey. Art is what I do to process my feelings about and escape from the world for a bit in the evenings and on weekends.

The rest of their body is covered by strange techno-organic growths and in the background is another figure reclining and holding their hands above their head into the arched walls that frame the scene. The surrounding area makes an oval portal like shape that filled with a yellowish hue and a number of orange ringed elongated eye like shapes with white centers with black filaments.
