It's #portfolioday again and most of my work is tied to projects I can't show, so:

Hey! I'm Butz and I animate pixels and design characters!

I enjoy uh, scifi, horror, cooking, and late night calls where I start to twirl up the phone cord with my finger during the conversation

I've been really enjoying Huntdown. Absolutely amazing production in the visuals, music, and voice overs. Level design and pacing are top notch.

I'm unfortunately in this weird mode where my brain doesn't want to focus on a game for more than like, an hour, before getting back to work.

I don't know if it's nostalgia, but Saga Frontier 2's town music always feel like Fall/Autumn to me. It probably also helps that the game's water color visuals have very potent reds and oranges in my mind.

Apparently is even worse, things like this take a lot of time to recover from. Even got told off to either find an hematologist or go intern myself into ER to get a blood transfusion. I shouldn't even be walking.

May as well upload the idle animation as well.

This is actually the second sprite I did for Rhea's idle. I did this in february of this year and since then I've learned alot, so I'd like to get another go at it after I've updated her character design sheet. Also considering a new stance!
