Wife and I stopped once, it was weird as hell.

Basically anytime you touched anything the dude got super fucking weird and made up an arbitrary price that would change if you didn’t recoil.

The one south of Santa Cruz in moss landing was a lot better organized but had straight up nazi vibes.

New — Video shared with me shows ICE officers in DC detaining a man on Friday.

Bystander filming asks man for his name. ICE agent lies and says he’s not allowed to speak to him “by law” and another says “We’ve arrested American citizens for being too close…If he gets any closer, put him in cuffs.”

Being a trans parent is endless whiplash. Being openly gawked at and tons of sidelong glances when with my daughter, even in a place like Portland.

And then some Random mom seems totally fine with me and drags me into their conversations.

Always moms though.

My 2nd born recently had a send off for a friend from school for the same reason. High schoolers were not as easily tricked into a joyful tone. I don’t think they’ll ever forget that we (the collective we) allowed this cruelty

Today my daughter's preschool is holding a farewell assembly for one of her classmates whose mother has no choice but to self deport. The school is hoping it will be joyful in tone, so we might make this less upsetting for this 3 year old.

There's just no words for the uselessness of this cruelty.
