Baffled by transphobes insisting that the name on your birth certificate is Your True Name Forever when it was common in my grandparents' generation to just...pick a name you like and use that, nbd. I literally found out both of my grandma's birth certificate first names FROM THEIR OBITUARIES.

So there is a theory that complex traumagenic conditions like DID "release" trauma at the time in which you are ready to handle them, because other stressors are low and your capacity is there.
And til then you _mostly_ dissociate when triggered, rather than deeper response.

You can go more complex things by looking at FSH+LH and SHBG.
But they will give you extreme limits.
FSH, LH over 1.2 means definitely too low.
SHBG over 120 means too high.
Find somewhere between that mood is best.
