A few days of a broad spectrum antifungal and it's mostly better?

Not sure if I will need to keep doing this periodically for ever, or if I can just like remove this from my skin biome forever, or maybe defeating it for a bit will let the skin heal enough to resist it long term?

so for ages I have had dry skin / oil skin on side of my nose.
Probably first noticed it 3.5 years ago when I started wearing makeup and it never stuck as well there. Thought I needed to moisturize + prime better.

Looked it up the other day: seborrheic dermatitis.
Nose dandruff.

Of the people I know who have got through to the NHS, which is only like 4, (all through getting on pilot programs early) I think all but one did get face. I assume bottom is same.

I mean the NHS laser is just like with Sk:n or a couple of other providers anyway

Today I opened an issue on a repo that generates human readable ids out of random words.
Suggesting filtering the word list so it can't gemerate things like "mean-black-parent".
I am like 20% expecting to get hate back.

Only an ETA of 13 more years!

At least we can get HRT and prog easyish here. Prog is even on PBS now.

I mean I know a girl who is getting bottom surgery this year who started transition 15 years ago.

And I definitely knew some who started transition in 50s and got bottom surgery a few years later

And I sometimes hear about women transitioning in 70s after spouse died and getting bottom surgery

The last is a mystery l

Other than HRT trans care is not covered by insurance or public healthcare in Australia.
And we don't really have that many surgeons.

So most people who want any surgery go overseas.
And it's all 100% out of pocket.
