I have the trans endocrinology autism.

Standing offer to (in DM or comments):
- explain exactly how HRT works and what it does
- help you workout how and what to DIY
- second opinion your doctors
- explain your blood test
- debug weird corner cases and interactions

yeah, i remember someone first making the observation in like 2014 or something at a convention that they were showing trailers for all the big movies for the next year.
oxinabox.bsky.social
what does it mean that movies etc are so rarely new IP right now?
Either remakes, sequels, or adaptations of well known books.

This is some kind of recession indicator right?
Or fascism indicator?

Today is a day when arts degrees are worthless, but the product of those degrees is so valuable it would kill an entire industry if they were made to pay for it.

If the concept of consent is a death knell for your activities, I think it should hurry up and cark it!

The problem there is estradiol valerate has such a short half life.

Estradiol undeciate is only every 3-5 weeks
Estradiol enanthate is only every 1-2 weeks

But they are not prescribe in Australia (or almost anywhere)

But enanthate is very available DIY

Oh yeah it is for first set

I assume they float if they stop flailing.
Or is that not true til they are older?

Do you think your GP is cool enough to provide testing while you DIY injections?

I just tell mine i still use gel and pick up a prescription everyone now and again

I do not rate implants.
So inconsistent. And then hard to adjust.
(and at least in WA expensive as most of the GPs that do the implants have closed books and only do them for nonpatients if another GP first prescibes them. So 1 regular GP appointment + an extra expensive one + the implant itself)

It's worth folk being aware that the prevailing view of plural folk for system responsibility.
Which means it is normal and good for the whole system to suffer the consequences of one alters actions.

It can feel unfair, but anything else is worse for the system, its community and society at large.

I suspect not knowing this is one of (the many) cases of people taking the *simplification* of "plural people are multiple distinct people sharing one body" way too far.

It's not that. It's multiple aspects of one person that have dissociative barriers preventing feeling/functioning like 1 person.

Here is a good example of an article where clearly a human provided the core info -- a letter from an ex-employee and then had an LLM fill the rest.

The letter says 'don't call customer support, we're all locked out'.

But the article regurgitated generic "keep trying customer support" advice.
What Happened to eShakti? Don't order or...
Have you been waiting endlessly for your eShakti order? You're not alone. Since early 2023, thousands of eShakti customers have been left in the dark, facing months-long delays, unanswered queries, an...

For example of customer service getting worse there at lots of cases of chatbots on sites saying things just wrong and disagreeing with the details on the pages

Or claiming to have booked things it never did and couldn't

We need to see more cases where the company is liable for what's its bot says
Airline held liable for its chatbot giving passenger bad advice - what this means for travellers
When Air Canada’s chatbot gave incorrect information to a traveller, the airline argued its chatbot is "responsible for its own actions".

My big fear with "AI" is not Skynet, it's further enshitification.
And it's already happening.
Low quality content, and customer service interactions are being further normalised.

My fear is not the models getting better, but our expectations getting lower.

Are you vain, or do you just hate your appearance less than before?

It's normal and good to like hos you look and like to show people that.

The normal amount of enjoying your appearance is not zero -- it's quite high

The amount I enjoy domming a subby girl into being dominated towards me cannot be overstated.

"Good girl, choke me, good. Harder
Harder." strangled: "well done"
oxinabox.bsky.social
That's not true.
Especially for implants.
They are so inconsistent.
But given it is not your first since you are doing 200mg

Regardless of if they know or accept I remain their daughter / grandaughter.
And their influence is a big part of the woman I am today.

I have discovered a new well of grief.

My mother hates me and my transitude.

My grandmother is 95, i send her a Christmas card with high level updates on my life and a photo each year, and she sends back a thank-you text.
I am don't know anything about her health or if she knows I am trans.

The last two nights I have been having dreams about being acknowledged by my family. It wasn't the point of either dream, which were both messy but it was a point.

Two nights ago it was my mother calling me her daughter.
And last night it was my grandmother calling me her granddaughter.
