Was talking with someone about how nobody seems to really *talk* about comics anymore, which is kinda strangling creator-owned titles, which rely on word of mouth to work. So might as well give this a shot.

If you like superheroes or comics at all, you owe it to yourself to read The Power Fantasy by @kierongillen.bsky.social and @casparw.bsky.social. It’s heady, complex, surprising, fun, and emotional. The characters are unique, the art is expressive and colorful. The best comic going right now.

I just laughed loudly enough to draw attention in the shop when I read hope summers marvel rpg character stats that claimed she’s 5’6” and 106lbs.

Expect to see me banging the Die-drum a bunch across the next week. You need to get your orders in a week on Monday. It doesn't even need to be formal - talk about the books you like to the retailer, and it effects their orders. Now back to making marketing material.
