All done, that was very therapeutic and I thought would take longer.
Too little too late - they've always known & are only doing something now because their popularity has dropped through the floor & they're trying to save themselves!
Cleaning for an elderly friend this morning, she's registered blind so cleaning is obviously not easy for her to do. She had been looking through her jewellery & said "I have a bit of a problem with these"
That's my evening sorted for a couple of days 🙈
Please think of wildlife and don't use fake web outside

This charity has put out info to warn those w a history of cancer to take precautions against covid as it can reactivate cancers v quickly it seems
Obviously other viruses can also increase cancer risks but perhaps not so quickly?
Eg EBV

As ever more research needed

Covid & Cancer
There is now compelling medical evidence that Covid-19 infections can reactivate dormant cancer cells, and trigger the growth of secondary cancers.

There is a moment at this time of year when the word ‘apricity’ really comes into view. For those who don’t know it, it was recorded only once, in 1623, before slipping out of view. Apricity is the warmth of the sun on a chilly day.

Love love love these.
I posted this when I first joined Bluesky but it is well worth another airing. The 'Magna Via' was the medieval and early-modern road eastwards out of Halifax. It was part of the main route to Wakefield and came to be known as the 'Wakefield Gate'. With the arrival of carriages and carts two

Reposting following my comment about struggling to find even a private covid vaccination option within a 20 mile radius.
New study shows COVID vaccines:
💉Reduced people’s risk of ER by 29%
💉Reduced risk of hospitalizations by 39%
💉Reduced the risk of death by 64%
💉Vaccination was effective in all age groups and “in persons with or without major chronic conditions.”

Annual COVID Vaccines Save Lives, New Study Shows
A new study shows that receiving an updated COVID vaccine reduced people’s risk of severe disease and death in all age groups, regardless of immunity from prior infection or vaccination

Worth a try, rely on mother nature's healing & in this case hopefully preventing 🤞🏻I follow Nancy on Instagram & a couple of Apothecary type people. Medicines seem to be less effective but natural remedies have been around for centuries.
That's good to hear people are testing
I'm going to make a batch of this & try it - just whizz it all together in a blender (no cooking first) then freeze in ice cube trays & have one when needed or daily as a hot drink.
I still test if I think I have signs of it but know of very few people who do as they're told it's ok to go into work with it 🤷🏻 My nxt door neighbours had it quite badly twice after going on a cruise & she now has enlarged heart & recently had a procedure for it,makes me think now if covid caused it
Totally agree, they're behaving like it never happened. I think they're scared to mention it now because they got so much grief over the lockdowns! The whole thing was totally mismanaged but now they're not managing it at all !!
I hope your OH is ok, must be scary.
OMG! If that's a new thing surely they're investigating it?
It's madness not doing as many covid jabs now as I hear this latest strain can be a nasty one. My sister has previously had it as celiac but can't get it now & our neighbours (both with health issues) can't get it as over 70 but under 75
Another update 🙈 when I collected him the vet said the teeth came out really easily so she was only changing the lower price 🥳 final total £517 😅
They also cut his claws & drew fluid from a lump behind his ear which looks ok 🤞🏻 then gave me 3 tins of the gentle on the tummy food for him 🐾
