I don't think he'll win the Nobel, and if Time chooses him again, he'll join Richard Nixon (1971, 1972) in being person of the year two years in a row. 🍿

The human factor is the problem, and at the moment there's zero accountability in government services - as evidenced by the fact that the perpetrators of the unlawful Robodebt scheme - which officially ended six years ago - have not been held accountable.

AI in the FOI process would be a tool, not a decision-maker, and it would be only as good as the humans operating it - garbage in, garbage out.

If programmed to reject FOI requests, or omit data, etc., that'd leave a clear audit trail, which would identify the saboteur & improve accountability.
